My roommate posted on Craigslist last Thursday in an attempt to locate her sister who had been living in suburban New Orleans. On Friday, some guy in California responded to her, telling her that he had heard from the roommate's sister in question (Christ. As hard as this is to read, imagine me telling it to you. I need to go to raconteur school.) while she was staying with another group of people in the French Quarter. He gave my roommate the number of one of the other people in the group and she duly called and spoke with her sister this past weekend (she has since relocated to Baton Rouge).
