"Operation Swarmer"?

I swear there's a group of 8-year old kids holed up somewhere in the Pentagon whose sole responsibility is to name these operations.

Happy almost-third birthday, war!! I suppose those who consider birth to occur at conception must consider this war about, oh, eight years old by now.
